oly Mass and the Sacraments are a central part of our Catholic faith. If you are interested in joining us for mass or in any particular sacrament, please refer to the information provided below. St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church welcomes all individuals to join us to celebrate and explore our faith in Christ.

We celebrate Holy Mass throughout the week and on Sundays. All are welcome.

Reconciliation: Saturday @ 3:30p.m. or upon request
Additional times will be scheduled during the Advent and Lenten season.

Sacrament of Baptism: Sacrament of Baptism is celebrated within any weekend Mass (one family per Mass, per weekend) or Group Baptism (on the third Sunday of the month).
Pre-baptismal classes are a diocesan requirement. They are to be renewed every five years by the family when baptism of a child is requested. Please contact the Church Office.

Sacrament of First Eucharist and Reconciliation: Celebrated individually or as a class - generally during the second grade. Please contact our Day School or Religious Education Offices.

Sacrament of Confirmation: Celebrated annually as a group by young adults aged 14 or older. Please contact our Religious Education Office.

Sacrament of Marriage: Please contact one of our priests or our deacon. We ask that you make arrangements six months prior to your wedding.

R.C.I.A. or C.I.P.E.C.: R.C.I.A. (Rite of Christian Initiation) is for any teenager, young adult or adult wanting to become baptized or fully initiated into the Catholic community. C.I.P.E.C. (Christian Initiation Process of the Education of Children) is for any child of the age 5-12 whose parents or guardian want to have their child baptized or initiated into the Catholic religion. Please contact the Church Office for more information.

Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick: Given the current privacy laws which prevent hospitals from releasing information, we ask that you please contact the Church Office if you or a family member are admitted to the hospital. This Sacrament is bestowed on any Catholic person in need of spiritual, emotional or physical healing. Held semi-annually during Mass or individually at any time.

Funeral Arrangements: Contact the Church Office or work with one of our funeral homes and they will contact us. If a relative dies outside the Wooster vicinity, please call us. We provide guidelines for the wake service, Mass of Christian Burial and interment the cemetery. A pastoral staff member or member of the Bereavement team will work with the family in this planning.
